TAMPA, FLORIDA: HGTV renovation show fans will have a thrilling and fun time watching the latest season of '100 Day Dream Home: Beachfront Hotel'. After successfully renovating move-in-ready homes in Tampa, Florida, the shows' renovators moved to the Gulf Coast.
Real estate power couple Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt, who met as Riverview High School students, are set to return on the HGTV show to take on new challenges. However, before finally moving on to the Season 4 of '100 Day Dream Home', fans will be treated to two special episodes. However, fans must be wondering about the locations of the hotels and buildings which Brian and Mika renovate in the latest season of the HGTV show.

Where was '100 Day Dream Home: Beachfront Hotel' filmed?
Mike and Brian will renovate the modern farmhouse and coastal-style homes in the cities of Florida. The renovator couple transforms a 12-room Florida Gulf Coast property into a gorgeous beachfront haven in just three months. The owners of the badly renovated abodes will be left stunned after Mike and Brian take over and modify the outdoor projects such as the backyard kitchen, waterfall feature and tree house.
Ahead of the release, a 'Beachfront Hotel' special will premiere in which Brian and Mika blend their construction and design expertise to overcome structural issues and budget challenges to demo and redesign both the interior and exterior, including the guest rooms, lobby and outdoor patio, and create a dreamy waterfront oasis on the beautiful Florida Gulf Coast. Brian and Mika will take their first challenge on Sun Burst Inn which is located in Ulf Blvd, Indian Shores.
What's special about '100 Day Dream Home' Season 4?
Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt, the husband-and-wife duo from Tampa, Florida, are set to make dream homes a reality. Mika, who is a realtor, along with her developer husband Brian will help clients both design and build the perfect house from the ground up in 100 days or less with a tight budget. However, in the upcoming season of '100 Day Dream Home', Brian and Mika will take their clients on inspirational tours of various properties to select their desired abodes and then the couple will design and construct completely personalized homes on a quick turnaround. Notably, unlike previous seasons, viewers will see the thrilling renovation challenges of a house, backyard, pool area and most importantly hotels. In the first episode of '100 Day Dream Home' Season 4, Mike and Brian will help a large blended family in renovating their 1970s ranch-style home.
