BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: The contentious social media personality Andrew Tate recently highlighted his opinions on the platform 'X,' (formerly known as Twitter). Tate deemed those who stray from remembering God as 'losers' in his recent tweet.
The former kickboxer also declared his conversion to Islam. The influencer, who had been banned from social media, has confirmed his affiliation with Islam and described it as the last genuine religion in the world.
Andrew Tate suggests to remember 'Allah'
Tate, a self-proclaimed "success coach" known for his extreme views on gender roles, advised his followers not to allow their wealth and children to divert their attention from the remembrance of "Allah."
Tate even referred to those who divert their attention from the remembrance of Allah as "losers."
In the latest tweet, he wrote, “O you who have believed, let not your wealth and your children divert you from the remembrance of Allah. And whoever does that – then those are the losers.”
Once the tweet gained widespread attention, users began to react to it. One user accused Tate of pursuing wealth rather than a connection with God, stating, "You chase wealth dude."
Another user suggested, "Always maintain balance between materalism (sic) and spiritual life."
Several other users expressed their reverence for Jesus Christ. One commenter proclaimed, "Jesus Christ is King."
In another tweet, Tate encouraged Christians who "believe in good" to consider converting to Islam, emphasizing, "This is why I'm Muslim. Any Christian who believes in good and understands the true battle against evil must convert."
A user on the platform X shared an image of Tate's statement, stating, "Andrew Tate has now confirmed himself that he is now a Muslim."
Andrew Tate announced his religion
Andrew Tate, despite being removed from various social media platforms, persists in sharing his views on X. He managed to secure a television interview with Piers Morgan and was seen with former MMA fighter Tam Khan in Dubai in September 2023.
Tate announced his conversion to Islam and urged other Christians to do the same.
A user on X posted a clip stating, "Andrew Tate learning how to perform Salat in Dubai May Allah guide him."
Tate expressed his belief that Islam is the last authentic religion during an interview with the 'Full Send' Podcast. He explained that it is the only faith where the fundamental principles are still upheld by its followers.
Tate expressed his belief, stating, "I think it's the last religion... It's the last one because no other religion has boundaries that they enforce. If you will tolerate everything, then you stand for nothing..."
He went on to say, "99% of Christians are ignoring every single rule in the Bible, every single day. They'll try and say they interpret it differently... Only Muslims follow their book, so they're the last religion."
While Andrew Tate has previously conveyed his admiration for Islam and voiced his reservations about contemporary Christianity in public, this appears to be the first time he has openly declared himself to be a Muslim.
