BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Andrew Tate, a controversial figure who has been banned from most social media platforms, is willing to "start a thread of free fitness tips" with a few riders.
He took to X, previously known as Twitter, to share a shirtless image that showcased his toned body and said, "If this gets 2000 retweets I’ll start a thread of free fitness tips."

The former kickboxing world champion maintains a high level of personal fitness even though he no longer competes professionally.
Tate, who is well known for his workout routine, further added a disclaimer stating that his advice will not be based on evidence of any studies or opinions, and will have tips that only work for him.
The "Disclaimer" read, "Absolutely none of the advice I will give is based on any kind of evidence. I do not care what the matrix says is true or not via a "study.""
It went on to state, "Many things may be contrary to science. I dont want to see studies or hear opinions I DO NOT CARE. Im posting what works for me."

As soon as Tate shared the tweet with his followers, it amassed 2.3 million views in just a few hours. Tate has a huge fan base on Elon Musk's social media platform and who immediately reacted to the tweet.
