Internet up in arms over Andrew Tate's tweet
Andrew Tate has received backlash and criticism for his offensive tweet. A user wrote, "Are we talking about gender identity here? or just discrimination," while another user mentioned, "Worst tweet of the year."
"Andrew, It's essential to recognize that trans women be respected, regardless of any circumstance, be it in restrooms or a hypothetical draft for a world war. Their gender identity does not change based on external events or government opinions," a tweet read.
The same user added, "It's a dangerous precedent to set when we, as a society, selectively acknowledge someone's identity only when it's convenient or fits a particular narrative. Such selective acceptance can lead to further marginalization and harm for already vulnerable groups."
Another user said, "Doesn't matter. Gender equality. Everyone is going to war."
