MALIBU, CALIFORNIA: Avril Lavigne was spotted in Malibu on Sunday, May 28, while she was refueling her vehicle at a gas station. The 'Let Go' album singer sported a conspicuous outfit while she picked up an ice cream cone after entering the station prior to heading out to the streets.
The 38-year-old hitmaker, who recently received an $80,000 necklace from her rapper boyfriend, Tyga, donned a multi-pocketed leather jacket that showed a hint of her chiseled midsection during her gas run. Lavinge also wore a wide-legged pair of multicolored pants and black sneakers. The Canadian singer's blonde hair descended onto her chest which complemented perfectly with the dark tone of her outerwear.

Love Sux tour
Lavigne finished her Love Sux tour in style earlier this month. The Grammy award-nominated performer conducted the shows to promote her album of the same name, which was released in February last year. 'Love Sux', her seventh record, garnered positive reviews from critics after its debut.
Last year in April, the singer-songwriter kicked off her tour with a performance at the Casino Rama Entertainment Centre in Orillia, Canada. During the run of shows, Lavigne's ex-fiance and former collaborator Mod Sun served as one of her opening acts. She was also supported by acts such as All Time Low, Grandson, and The Beaches. She gave a total of 48 performances across North and South America, Europe, and Asia. The 'My Happy Ending' singer's final show took place at the Alexandra Palace in London on May 10.
New album in the works
The singer disclosed during a Twitter Q&A session that another record was in the works. She also announced a collaboration with figures such as Travis Barker, Yungblud, and All Time Low's Alex Gaskarth. However, she has not yet revealed the title or release date of the upcoming record.
Lavigne wants Kristen Stewart in her biopic
MEAWW previously reported that Lavigne was asked on the red carpet of iHeartRadio awards on March 22 if she had anyone in mind to play her in a possible biopic. Lavigne replied that it would have to be Kristen Stewart. On the red carpet at the Shrine Auditorium, Lavigne said, "Oh... I'm trying to think... umm, like Kristen Stewart would be cool, to play me in a film." During the interview, she added, "Yeah, she's dope, yeah."
