This gave rise to a medical emergency, making production call the doctors. They claimed that Sam needs to deliver almost a "poo baby." Fans believe ABC did not need to show such personal things on the show.

Sam is then seen saying that she has not pooped for the last 9 days. She says, "I'm going on 9 days of no pooping."
When doctors were called, they claimed that to get past the situation Sam would have to pass out the stool. They compared the situation with almost delivering a baby.
The doctor says, "Sunrise tomorrow morning, we have to deliver almost like a poo baby."
