LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Bella Thorne has announced her engagement to Mark Emms, a film and television producer after nine months of dating.
The Vogue confirmed that Emms proposed to Bella on May 13, the day before Mother's Day at Thornes' home in California. He gifted Thorne, 25, an emerald-cut diamond rug over 10-carat baguettes flanking the center stone.

'It was love at first sight as the sun rose'
Emms is a Badvegan producer and co-owner of New York City hotspot The Mulberry. The two met in August 2022 on a beach in Ibiza at Cara Delevingne’s birthday party. Thorne said, “It was love at first sight as the sun rose.” Soon after the proposal, the couple celebrated with family.

Thorne has already started planning her dream wedding despite being in a wedding for less than two weeks. She wants to get married in a manor in the UK countryside. She also has a unique idea for her wedding dress. She said, "Every bride does not need one gown, but four!" She hopes to wear vintage Schiaparelli or Dior for her big day.
A source close to the couple told People that when Thorne and Emms started dating last year, "they're having fun." They were reportedly "dating for about a month" when they were seen holding hands on a yacht in Mykonos, Greece, in August last year. In February, Bella went Instagram official by posting a photo with Emms. She captioned the Valentine's Day post, "Find someone u want to share ur candy with." "Ps. this sexy tall British man is mine so get yah own cuz I feel like kicking a** today," the caption wrote further. The relationship came after Thronme called off her year-long engagement with actor and composer Benjamin Mascolo.
