NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Supermodel Gigi Hadid, 28, and Bradley Cooper, 48, went on a surprise dinner date in New York City, months after Gigi apparently ended her rumored affair with 'The Hangover' star's best friend Leonardo DiCaprio.
The two were captured on camera exiting the popular Italian eatery Via Carota on Thursday, October 5, with Hadid dressed in a cropped white t-shirt, a tan miniskirt, and a black leather jacket.
Cooper, who has a daughter with his ex-girlfriend Irina Shayk, was tapping away on his phone while sporting a blue T-shirt, a plaid shirt, pants, and a baseball cap.
The Vogue cover star appeared strolling beside Cooper and her bodyguard before the two got into the same car and left, as seen in photos obtained by Daily Mail.
Leo and Cooper have been friends for a while, but they initially met when they were in their 20s while the 'Maestro' actor was working at a hotel in New York and helped the 'Titanic' actor to his room.
Since then, the two developed close friendships and have traveled to Mexico together, partied in Hollywood, spent Super Bowl Sunday together in a Miami hotel, and attended the Coachella Music Festival together.
Gigi Hadid and Leonardo DiCaprio romance never took off
Just a few months ago, there were still some online rumors linking supermodel Hadid to the 'Titanic' star; however, it appears those have been dispelled after she was seen out to dinner with Cooper.
Although it was not confirmed that Hadid and Leo were dating, they were seen together in July at a party in the Hamptons sponsored by tech tycoon David Rosenberg.
Hadid initially gained attention when she was pictured with the 48-year-old 'Killers of the Flower Moon' actor at a New York Fashion Week afterparty in September 2022.
While their alleged romance seemed to wane in February, the two were seen together again at a pre-Oscars party hosted by their friends in March, which led to rumors that they were once again dating.
Leo — known for exclusively dating women who are 25 or younger — was recently spotted with his current flame Vittoria Ceretti at a party in Paris.
Hadid earlier had a relationship with 'Pillowtalk' singer Zayn Malik, with whom she has a 3-year-old daughter named Khai. She started dating the 30-year-old 'One Direction' musician in 2015, and they broke up in October 2021.

The 'Maestro' actor/director Cooper previously dated model Irina Shayk. The two started dating in 2015 and welcomed their daughter Lea De Seine in April 2017 before splitting up two years later.
A source told PEOPLE that the ex-couple's family vacation to Italy in August of last year was "fun for everyone."
The source added, "Lea wants them all to travel together. And Irina and Bradley are friendly and get along. They both want to make Lea happy."
Before Shayk, Cooper had married actress Jennifer Esposito after the two started dating in February 2006, but their marriage ended after Esposito requested a divorce.
Following their encounter on the 'Case 39' set in 2009, Cooper started dating actor Renée Zellweger.
At the time, Cooper told Entertainment Tonight, "I can’t say enough about her. I just love her. I [loved] coming to work. I love acting with her. I can learn so much from her."
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Cooper earlier addressed romance rumors with his 'A Star Is Born' actor Lady Gaga.
Although they were never romantically involved, Cooper and Gaga only have positive things to say about one another.
The two were known for their on-screen chemistry in the 2018 movie. Fans assumed the actors might be dating after their tender performance of 'Shallow' in a duet at the 2019 Academy Awards.
