CLEVELAND, OHIO: Jack Paul aka "Problem Child," recently expressed support for his former rival Tommy Fury on Twitter in light of KSI's accusations of a "robbery" in their recent bout.
As per The Telegraph, KSI claimed, “That is a robbery bro. How many jabs did you land? Look at your face, look at your eyes. I’m the YouTuber, you are the boxer so you have to win?"
He added, "He is the man who is one who is supposed to be the pro boxer. He hit me on the back of the head over and over. It is outrageous. I want to appeal. I need to see it again. I felt like I won that.”
It's worth noting that Fury secured a victory over KSI in Manchester, despite having a point deducted in the second round for an illegal punch to the back of KSI's head.
In a surprising twist, Jake Paul rallied behind Tommy Fury, countering KSI's doubts about the fight's outcome and accusations of unfair treatment.
Jake's claim involving Tommy Fury and KSI
For context, earlier this year, Tommy Fury dealt "The Problem Child," Jake Paul, his first professional boxing defeat.
However, Jake Paul quickly bounced back with a victory over MMA legend Nate Diaz in August 2023. He utilized this triumph as a lesson for KSI on how to handle defeat.
In a recent tweet, Jake Paul firmly supported Fury in the ongoing debate of "who truly emerged victorious." Paul took to 'X' and humorously remarked, “ only thing that got robbed is his hairline. It’s okay KSI me too it’s gonna be okay bubba”
Paul further emphasized, “I took my loss like a man from the scorecard read and showed the youth how to learn from it and come back to take a W. This 30-year-old man crying for an appeal.”
In another post, Paul wrote, "HAHAHAHA KSI SORE LOSER CHOKING UP."
In the course of the match, with Tyson, the reigning WBC heavyweight champion, watching from ringside, Fury unleashed a barrage of powerful punches.
Nevertheless, the fight underscored the limited experience of both pugilists, as indicated by the frequent clinches that occurred.
Despite a deduction for repetitive punches to the back of KSI's head in close exchanges, Fury clinched a split decision victory with scores of 57-56 on two judges' cards, while the third judge scored the contest 57-57 after six rounds.
KSI made a dramatic entrance in a green Lamborghini, accompanied by rapper Giggs, as he took on the role of the away fighter.
Despite being in the opponent's territory, KSI received thunderous applause from his fans when he connected with a formidable overhand right in the opening round.
In a swift response, Fury countered with a precisely executed left hook.
Nevertheless, Fury's tendency to land questionable blows during clinches led to the point deduction in the second round, following numerous protests from KSI, who further energized the crowd with another potent right hand.
