AUSTIN, TEXAS: UFC commentator and podcaster Joe Rogan often hosts popular celebrities and engages in insightful discussions. In an episode with Tim Dillon, Rogan expressed his opinions on Lizzo's recent Amazon Prime video show 'Big Grrrls', calling it a 'health risk' to the rapper's dancers.

Rogan is not hesitant to speak his mind on various topics that trend on social media. He also probes into some mysteries in his podcast. For example, he recently had a conversation with singer Post Malone about UFO encounters.

Joe Rogan labels Lizzo's show a 'health risk'

Rogan delved into the complex allegations leveled at Lizzo as he hosted Dillon on episode 2019 of 'The Joe Rogan Experience'.

The conversation revolved around the accusations of body shaming, instances of sexual harassment, and the creation of an unwelcoming work environment. Rogan and the comedian also saw the preview of 'Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls'.

The show focuses on Lizzo's process of selecting dancers to accompany her on tour, specifically featuring the 'Big Grrrls', women who are plus-sized. Lizzo takes on the role of host for the show. The trailer piqued Rogan's curiosity, prompting him to raise a question.

He pondered what happens when a larger individual, who does not actively engage in exercise, suddenly gets recruited for a dance show due to the specific desire for larger participants.

He characterized it as a challenging situation. Claiming their body would be unaccustomed to such demands, Rogan noted their joints might not be adequately prepared, making it a tough endeavor. It's comparable to expecting someone to partake in an intense cardiovascular workout, he said.

In addition, Dillon remarked that if individuals with emotional struggles, something that might also apply to Lizzo, are involved, the combination becomes a potentially hazardous environment.

Noting this could potentially escalate into issues during a tour, Rogan added that the nature of the show itself appears to pose a risk to one's health.

Rogan stated, "Now, this is my question. When you're a big girl and you're not exercising, then all of a sudden someone hires you for a dance show because they want big girls. And then you have to do that kind of s**t every day? It's tough."

"Your body's not prepared for that. Your joints are weak. Very hard. Like, you could get really f**ked up doing, it's like asking someone to go into, like, some crazy cardiovascular workout," he added.

Dillon said, "If you have people that are emotionally, that have issues, you know, and Lizzo might have them as well, it's a toxic soup of maybe that becomes a problem on tour." Rogan further claimed, "The show itself seems like it would be a health risk."

Joe Rogan fans say they 'can't stop laughing''

After Rogan and Dillon's discussion, numerous fans shared their opinions in the comments section of the YouTube clip.

One user wrote, "Another good podcast. The very last bit of the podcast in which Joe and Tim talked about addiction is very intriguing and comprehensive. Recommend giving it a go of listening." Another said, "Tim is so hilarious! I can't stop laughing! ?"

A user stated, "IMO this all goes back to the fact that people who are not in shape, want to act like those who ARE in shape, and then get upset because they physically cannot. People train and practice for years, decades to be professional dancers, you just don't jump up on stage, out of shape, and expect to do that."

"Lizzo is 100% the problem though as she is directly stating that people in this shape can do this when they cannot. Her whole anti fat-shaming has come back and bit her in the ass because that is an impossible goal, the same user added.

They also noted, "It would be similar if say Joe was putting together an MMA match and half the fighters were untrained dopes and half were professionals and then pair up the dummies against the pro's. Guess what, the amateurs will get killed by those guys. It's not rocket science. You want to be a dancer, you need to train and train hard. Lizzo needs to realize people of that size are physically incapable of doing that at the level of an actual dancer."

Another user commented, ""Society used to prioritize people who can breathe on their own” I just spit out my drink. ?"
