'Was not expecting to see this today'
Most of his fans seemed to be divided in terms of expressing their opinions after Rogan posted the video on his Instagram profile. "Was not expecting to see this today. thanks joe ig," one person wrote. Another fan referred to the video as "sadistic". "Those things are sadistic in how they eat their face first," the user noted. Some fans were not bothered by the video that much. "Weird flex but ok," a fan added.
The fans who were having a meal were disgusted to see the video. “That’s f**king grossssssss," a user commented. “D**n Joe, I was eating,” another echoed.
Rogan posted insect videos previously as well
According to Essentially Sports, Rogan has posted such content before. Rogan included a photo of a spider on his Instagram page that he came across in his garage a few months back. He said that he was afraid of the eight-legged insects similar to the one he stumbled upon but admitted it was fascinating. The UFC commentator added that if it was a rat or mouse, he would have easily assisted the creature out of the garage.
"I found this in the garage. It wasn’t even the size of a silver dollar and I was stopped in my tracks at how big it was. That’s how creepy spiders are. If a mouse or a rat was that size I would think it was adorable and I’d try to safely get it outside. A silver dollar sized spider would induce sheer terror in many people, me included," he captioned the picture.
