CLEVELAND, OHIO: Logan Paul, the current WWE US champion, has expressed his opinion about facing CM Punk in the future. Following his multi-year deal signing with WWE, Punk made an appearance at the conclusion of the Survivor Series main event on Saturday, November 25.
Punk's creative dissatisfaction and disregard for his physical and emotional well-being had led to his 2014 departure from the WWE.
"I'm not here to make friends, I'm here to make money," Punk declared to the audience during his first Monday Night Raw appearance in nine years.
Logan Paul's take on fighting CM Punk in WWE
Now that CM Punk is back in the WWE, a matchup with Logan Paul is possible. The YouTube celebrity has already expressed his opinions about Punk in no uncertain terms.
Talking with TMZ Sports, Paul said, "I am ... I think I would destroy CM Punk if I'm being honest. I don't know if anyone would disagree with that. I don't think I could, (beat him) I know I could. This isn't about CM Punk anymore, I would wanna fight an MMA fighter, or fight in the UFC, or Bellator."
Logan Paul calls out Bad Bunny
Paul made fun of music icon Bad Bunny earlier in November 2023, following his victory over Rey Mysterio for the United States Championship at WWE Crown Jewel.
“I'm going to leave that up to Triple H, but I will say one thing: Mr Bunny don't want this smoke. I'm a Maverick, we eat bunnies for breakfast. I don't know him personally. I do listen to his music. He is an excellent, excellent musician. That's what he does,” Paul said.
He added, "He is good, but he's scrawny. I'm pushing 250. That is the crazy thing. In WWE 2K23 [video game], he has the same rating as me. Maybe I don't know anything - maybe we are the same. Maybe let's settle this in the ring."
