LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Actress Marcia Gay Harden made a rare comment about her family during the 'Drag Isn't Dangerous' telethon held over the weekend. The 63-year-old Oscar winner revealed that all three of her children are queer. The telethon was organized to raise funds for fighting against the recent anti-LGBTQ legislation. Harden shares Eulala, 24, Hudson, 19, and Julitta, 19 with her ex-husband, Thaddaeus Scheel, 58.
Harden called anti-drag policies "fear-based." "What’s happening right now is wrong," Harden told the telethon’s host. "What drives me is my children are all queer. My eldest child is non-binary. My son is gay. My youngest is fluid. And you know, they are my kids and they teach me every day." "It’s spreading that kind of fear and hatred among other people. I believe this country will fight that," Harden continued.

Who are Marcia Gay Harden's children?
In 1996, Marcia Gay Harden tied the knot with Thaddaeus Scheel, the director of 'Boys on the Side' (1995), 'Stuck' (2013), and 'Street Corner Justice' (1996). They welcomed their first child, Eulala, in September 1998 when Marcia was 41. Later, in August 2004, the actress, then 44, gave birth to twins – Julitta and Hudson. The couple divorced in 2012.
Marcia has previously spoken publicly about her family, and her children have pursued careers in entertainment. 'Putting the gay in Gay Harden'
Following Harden's revelation that all three of her children are queer, people have taken to Twitter to express their reactions to the news. "Her middle name is gay. Is it hereditary?" one said, while another added, "Three for three, huh? Not surprising." A concerned user said, "Speaking as a gay man, that's not normal. I sincerely question that kind of family dynamic," with a fourth agreeing, "That’s statistically impossible unless she influenced their identities." However, a user countered them, saying, "All 3 of my sister in law’ kids identify as transgender and lesbian. And they were all raised catholic and went to catholic schools." A user joked, "Marcia Gay Harden. Putting the gay in Gay Harden," while another said, "Respectfully we can’t rule out her middle name as lending some type of support really."
