MrBeast beats The Rock in an exciting challenge contributing $100K to charity, fans call it 'wholesome moment'

GREENVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA: The YouTuber Jimmy Donaldson, widely known as MrBeast was spotted with the well-known actor and professional wrestler, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson at the New York premiere of 'Black Adam.'

The YouTube king challenged The Rock to an exciting game with the penalty of donating $100,000 to the charity. MrBeast shared a video of the challenge with his fans on TikTok.

The 25-year-old YouTuber's TikTok video's on-screen text read, "I challenged The Rock to rock, paper, scissors." MrBeast was 'surprised' by the fact that "he (The Rock) didn’t pick rock every time."

In the video, MrBeast stood up to Johnson and said, "If you beat me, I'll donate $100,000 to charity, whichever one you want." Johnson answered, "Wow," and accepted the YouTuber's dare.

After playing a round of the game together, they drew when they both selected "paper." The two played again and drew again, selecting "scissors."

Johnson stopped the game at one point in the video to promise to "match" the $100,000 the YouTuber was attempting to raise and donate it to a good cause if MrBeast won.

MrBeast exclaimed, "Oh my gosh, I was not expecting that." On their third attempt at the game, Donaldson prevailed as he selected "paper" while Johnson selected "rock."

In the footage, Johnson could be seen chuckling while he declared he would give the agreed-upon sum to charity. "I'll do it," he declared. "Well, if it makes you feel better, I'll still donate $100,000 as well," the YouTuber said.

The Rock selected the 'Make-A-Wish Foundation,' a nonprofit organization that seeks to grant the desires and dreams of children with chronic diseases when the YouTuber asked him what charity he wanted them both to donate to.

MrBeast's fans react to 'most heart-warming' act

14.3 million people liked MrBeast's video TikTok video, and numerous comments praised the two for their altruistic deeds.

One admirer wrote, "The Rock and Jimmy together donating $200k to help sick children is the most heart-warming thing I've seen today!"

Another one added, "What a completely wholesome moment between two incredible individuals. Changing the World one Rock, Paper, Scissor’s match at a time."

MrBeast's crew member Chris Tyson commentated, "The rock got beat with paper. Iconic."

A fourth one added, "I cant believe the rock didnt go with rock the first round🤯."
