Despite 'Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour' concert film breaking records even before it's release, the film will reportedly not be eligible for the Oscars in any category. Beyonce's upcoming concert film will also reportedly be ineligible.
As per a report by Variety, neither films will be eligible to submit or compete for an Oscar nomination for documentary feature, or in any technical category, in line with current guidelines of The Academy.
