CLEVELAND, OHIO: Mark William Calaway better known by the ring name The Undertaker, is a retired professional wrestler who recently gushed praise over The Maverick aka Logan Paul.
Widely regarded as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time, The Undertaker has a piece of advice for new US Title champion Logan Paul.
Paul has attracted the attention of fans and other celebrities thanks to his remarkable mic work and in-ring abilities.
At WWE Crown Jewel, the YouTube phenomenon Rey Mysterio gave him a taste of championship victory as he won the WWE United States Championship.
What did The Undertaker say?
On his Six Feet Under YouTube channel, The Undertaker showered praise on Logan Paul. 'The Deadman' highlighted Paul's athleticism inside the squared circle and how he has managed to establish himself in such a short time.
He gave some valuable advice to Paul how he could enhance his skills.
He said, "Dude, I tell you what, it's amazing guys like him, obviously incredibly athletic. I met him once at WrestleMania last year in LA briefly. Man, if he wanted to, I think he could be really, really special."
He added, "Not that he isn't. I mean, athletically he can do everything, but I mean, if he would kind of invest some of his time too, I mean, what he's done already with, I mean, is pretty astounding, really. It's not easy to get in and have matches of that caliber that quickly. I think a little more work in the storytelling department."
WWE's Royal Rumble 2024 is set to feature Logan Paul
The WWE's next big live event will be the Royal Rumble in 2024, following the conclusion of the Survivor Series in 2023.
Currently, the United States Champion, Logan Paul is rumored to be taking part in the January spectacle.
There are plenty of elite players on the team who could contend for the title. Kevin Owens is also anticipated to square off against the 33-year-old at the Royal Rumble the following year.
According to BWE, there had once been talks inside WWE about a possible rivalry between the two superstars.
During a SmackDown episode, Paul and Owens happened to cross paths backstage. It looked like a sign that their rivalry on the blue brand would probably start soon and could get serious at the Royal Rumble the following year.
WWE has plenty of time to develop this exciting rivalry on SmackDown.
