RANCHO MIRAGE, CALIFORNIA: Tori Spelling has provided new information regarding the extent of the mold problem in her family's house. The 'Beverly Hills, 90210' star shared about her family's health and mold infestation on Instagram Stories a week after claiming "extreme mold" in their home is the main reason for their ongoing health struggles, claiming she learned the mold has been "slowly killing" her family for three years.

"Does anyone know how [to] find a Major Great MOLD lawyer in [California] that can help our family?" Spelling, 50, asked, adding, "Our troubles are next level with our MOLD problem and the house that's been slowly killing us for 3 years." Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott have five children -- Liam, 16, Stella, 14, Hattie, 11, Finn, 10, and Beau, 6.

Why is Tori Spelling worried?

Spelling is one of the most recognizable celebrity mothers. On social media, she constantly communicates with her followers about her personal life and parenting experiences. Anyone who follows her will quickly conclude that she is just like any other mother, who worries more about her children and her family. While speaking about parenting earlier, the star said, "I'm scared of [messing] up my kids. You want your kids to be the best kids they can be, and you try to give them all the support, love, education, and information they need, so they're prepared when they go out into the world," as per Baby Gaga.

'She never gave herself a break'

She barely had any outside assistance while raising five children. Having said that, she does encounter difficulties and occasionally feels overwhelmed. A close source to the family told Entertainment Tonight, "She never gave herself a break. Now she’s balancing everything with the help of some extra childcare. Having full-time help is expensive, but taking care of five children on your own is close to impossible."

What happened to her family recently?

The 'Beverly Hills, 90210' alum revealed on Instagram last week that she had found the source of her family's months-long ailment to be an "extreme mold" infestation in the home. The reality personality revealed information about her family's health alongside pictures of herself and her sick children at the urgent care center. "Here we are again at Urgent Care," she wrote in the caption. "We've all been on this continual spiral of sickness for months. Sick. Get better. To get sick again."

The author of 'Stori Telling' and the 56-year-old host of 'Chopped Canada', who also has a son named Jack with his ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace, immediately contacted a mold expert to examine their home. The inspector discovered "extreme mold" damage to the house. "Has anyone ever been thru Mold Infections? You just keep getting sick, one infection after another. Respiratory infections. Extreme allergy-like symptoms too and, like, my poor Finn [has] skin rashes as well," Spelling said in her post. "As we sit here today in Urgent Care … watching everyone getting swabbed and first up Finn with Strep throat and high fever of 103. We now know that when the house was labeled a health hazard and not liveable that wording was FACT. We now GET IT!"

Since then, Spelling and McDermott have made plans to leave their home in favor of a new one. The former 'True Tori' star announced on Instagram that they would leave in the "imminent future." reported US.

What action is she taking?

Spelling is fed up with the health issues brought on by the severe mold infestation in her house. The actress said on social media that she is looking for a lawyer to help her with the problem. "My kids and [I] are so sick and can't get well and our family needs help. Overwhelmed," she continued and added, "We do need to start with an amazing lawyer who can guide us thru this ...."

What are the dangers of a mold infestation?

Mold can have a variety of negative health impacts, from skin rashes and burning eyes to coughing, sneezing, and sore throats, according to the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention. According to the CDC, persons with asthma and mold allergies, as well as those with impaired immune systems and chronic lung diseases, may have more severe mold impacts, ABC News reported.

As per the report, mold can enter a home through a variety of places, including heating and cooling systems, open doors and windows, vents, and even on clothing, shoes, and animals. The CDC warns that mold can appear as patches and come in a variety of colors when it comes to house inspections for mold. It also smells musty. In cases when mold is concealed, a specialist would need to locate the source. The CDC advises eradicating mold in the home right away with soap and water, a mold-removing agent, or a bleach solution.

Meanwhile, the internet immediately reacted to Spelling's update. A user tweeted, "Why not just MOVE? Just wondering." Another user wrote, "Fell so far from the 90210 days." "This is what I don’t get… they said they have to vacate and move to hotel and find another rental…," remarked one person.

One user wrote, "Why is her mother who’s got more money than God not buy them a house? My child and grandchildren would not be living like that!" A fan said, "You’re a Spelling, You’re a renter. MOVE, the end,"
