LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: ABC’s ‘Good Morning America’ has a habit of surprising its viewers by doing things that might not be considered conventional. People love to start their day with their favorite news broadcasters giving them information about what’s happening in the nation. However, the avid watchers of the show received a “not-so-pleasant” surprise when host Robin Roberts suddenly vanished from the studio on Wednesday, May 10, and came back after an hour to tell viewers where she actually was.
The recent episode of ‘Good Morning America’ began with the original team of presenters – Robin Roberts, Michael Strahan, and George Stephanopoulos – and gave viewers the daily dose of morning news. However, as the show progressed, a familiar face took Roberts’ spot on the show and continued chatting with her teammates. Rebecca Jarvis took Roberts’ place in the studio and sat between the two men at the desk.

Where did Robin Roberts disappear?
For almost an hour, no one knew where Roberts was and people started thinking if she had some health issues. But it seems Roberts was shooting for something special for her viewers and returned to the show with a special segment. Roberts was on the streets now and was joined by other ABC correspondents such as Lara Spencer, Will Reeve, and others to participate in the ‘Walk with GMA’ challenge.

Lara and Roberts did the entire segment while walking the streets of Manhattan, interviewing people and spreading awareness about how walking can help them in leading a good and healthy life.
Is Robin Roberts going through a tough phase?
Roberts has been one of the key figures on ‘GMA’ and viewers are left disappointed when an original host doesn’t appear on the show. But it seems Roberts has been facing a lot of difficulties in her life and isn’t shying away from sharing what she’s going through. In a video posted on her official Instagram account, the 62-year-old news broadcaster opened up about the difficulties she is facing in her life. She motivated her followers by letting them know that things will change because “trouble is only temporary” and problems will end.
“We all face difficulties that don't look like they're ever going to change. But don't be fooled by what you see because the trouble is only temporary, the problem will be over. Soon you're gonna see breakthroughs, soon you're going to see freedom, promotion, problems suddenly resolved, dreams suddenly come to pass,” Roberts said during the video.
At the time, fans were delighted to see her back on the show and expressed their excitement by writing extraordinary comments for the news broadcaster.
