KENTUCKY, UNITED STATES: '90 Day Fiance' Season 10 introduced a new couple, Anali Vallejos and Clayton Clark, who struggle to move in together in his one-bedroom apartment in Kentucky.
According to Clayton's profile on online platforms like Twitch and Kick, he is a gamer and a streamer while Anali has a Bachelor's in Communication Sciences. Anali, 26, hails from Peru, South America, and her first language is Spanish.
Looking forward to being with Clayton, Anali hoped that she and her future spouse would be able to build a life together. However, Clayton lives in a one-bedroom apartment along with two guinea pigs and two chihuahuas. Clayton's mother also lives in the same house.
This particular living arrangement did seem like it may cause problems for him and Anali after she landed in the USA.
Anali was left wondering if Clayton, 29, had enough space in his house for her. She was also left disheartened when she realized that Clayton didn't intend to move out of his compact house.
Clayton also seemed torn between the two women in his life, his partner and mother. Additionally, he was unhappy that his future wife had yet to tell her father about her reason for moving to the USA, claiming that Anali's father did not even know he existed.
How did Anali Vallejos and Clayton Clark meet?
Anali Vallejos and Clayton Clark met through a language-learning app and the meeting soon sparked a romance.
While they have been dating for some months, and met a few times, the majority of their relationship has been a long-distance one. In fact, prior to their TLC appearance, the couple had only spent a few weeks together.
Anali and Clayton then decided to take their relationship to the next level and get married. Hence, Anali applied for a K1 visa in order to travel to the USA and hopefully marry Clayton.
Language barrier makes things worse for Anali and Clayton
Anali and Clayton have major differences that have caused difficulty in their relationship. Anali's first language is Spanish and as she moved to the US to live with Clayton, the language barrier made things harder for her.
Being far away from the comfort of her own home has made Anali wonder just how she would make her relationship work. While Anali's move to the USA was far from smooth, she had to work extra hard to become fluent in English, in order to make a life for herself in the country.
Meanwhile, the long-distance relationship has also been quite challenging for Anali and Clayton as they struggled to communicate.
