DENVER, COLORADO: 'Married at First Sight' Season 17 star Brennan Shoykhet works as Senior NetSuite Consultant at Sikich.
He participated in the social experiment to find his forever partner; however, his parents doubted his decision.
In a recently released trailer of 'MAFS' Season 17, Brennan's mother, Irin Gubich Shoykhet, admitted, "This is not at all the way I pictured this happening."
Meanwhile, his father added, "Everyone in our family only had one wedding."
Brennan admitted in the teaser, "My parents have been married for over 30 years. My parents set the bar really high, and I'm only doing this once."
Brennan is a New York native but lives in Denver. According to his LinkedIn profile, he got his Bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Buffalo.
He kicked off his career as a Junior Broker in 2014. However, he later joined an investment company as a commercial real estate broker.
Brennan has also worked as a Personal Trainer at the New York Sports Club.
According to his Facebook profile, Brennan seems to be a partier, but he is not active on social media.

'MAFS' Season 17 star Brennan Shoykhet likes to speak his mind. However, he also shared that "he had to tone back his New York energy when I moved to Denver."
Brennan mentioned that he prefers sleeping alone in bed, and he has a habit of rotating his pillows so they don't "feel neglected" and receive "equal love."
Brennan also made it clear in the trailer of 'MAFS' that "divorce is not an option," which makes his decision to be on the show all the more interesting.
He also said women tell him he's "the best sex they've had in their entire lives."

Brennan Shoykhet has been paired with Emily Balch in 'MAFS' Season 17. Emily has never had a serious boyfriend before and says she "hates the dating scene" because she always gets ghosted.
In the trailer, Emily seemed quite nervous and admitted, "It is just starting to sink with me." She also said, "I'm getting married to a random, and I have never had a serious boyfriend."
While Brennan appeared to be quite committed, Emily's past resembled a totally different personality of hers. However, it would be interesting to see if they could work after the altar or not.
'Married at First Sight' Season 17 is scheduled to premiere on Wednesday, October 18 at 8 pm ET on Lifetime.
