As per a report by TMZ, the 'Twin Peaks' director and his wife Emily have decided to end their 14-year-long marriage and it seems like their separation is not amicable. At the time of writing, the exact reason behind their split of the pair is unknown.
It has been reported by the media outlet that the legendary director's wife is asking for the sole legal and physical custody of their 11-year-old daughter Lula.
Emily wants the court to grant visitation rights to David. Along with this, she is seeking spousal support and attorney's fees.
As of this moment, there is no proof that the duo signed a prenup before getting married.
