SALT LAKE, UTAH: 'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' Season 4 newbie Monica Garcia's brother-in-law's identity has recently been revealed. In the Bravo show, Monica described her brother-in-law as her now ex-husband Mike's sister's husband.

However, Monica Garcia's brother-in-law, Jared Taylor, is a fire chief as reported by The Sun. According to the outlet, Jared and Monica's affair began in 2010-2011 as they 'both were unhappy in their marriages.'

He is a native of Ogden, Utah and shares four kids from his two marriages. According to his LinkedIn, Jared pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management from Weber State University in 2005.

He joined Weber Fire District in August 2010 as Deputy Fire Marshal. Jared later graduated from Weber State's Law Enforcement Academy in May 2019.

After his graduation, Jared was promoted to the Division Chief in Weber Fire District. According to the reports, Jared previously owned a trucking company, Taylor's Turf, which was a freight-hauling business.

In an episode of 'RHOSLC, Monica Garcia opened up about her affair with her brother-in-law. While shopping with Heather Gay, Monica revealed that she f**ked her brother-in-law for 18 months.

However, the reality star further revealed that her affair led to her ex-communication. Monica told her church's bishop about the affair because she 'felt guilty.'

Monica was immediately 'shunned from everyone and literally unwelcome everywhere'. She later described the scandal as "truly one of the worst experiences of my life."

Monica Garcia and her ex-husband Mike initially filed for divorce in December 2013 citing irreconcilable differences. Monica received sole legal and sole physical custody of her four daughters after her divorce was finalized.

Monica and Mike share four daughters, Bri, Jaidyn, West, and Kendall. However, in the latest episode, Monica revealed she welcomed her first daughter, Bri, with another man who left when her daughter was one year old.

Meanwhile, according to the outlet, Monica's brother-in-law Jared Taylor's wife filed for divorce in October 2014 on the grounds of irreconcilable differences. However, Jared finalized his divorce in March 2015.

Jared's ex-wife later requested the court to modify child support as he was earning more money than she was at the time. Jared has since gotten remarried and divorced.
