TAMPA, FLORIDA: Erika Jayne of 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' was spotted on a rumored date with a notorious lawyer who was just arrested for "shooting a gun in a domestic dispute." According to web sleuths, the 51-year-old, who is still in the midst of a bitter divorce from disgraced former lawyer Tom Girardi, was seen with a man called Jim Wilkes II.
Ronald Richards has returned to the case and is releasing everything he can about 'RHOBH' actress Erika. Erika is of particular interest to the attorney, who is always up-to-date on her whereabouts. Ronald is revealing fresh information about a man Erika has been pictured with, as his wife is sitting around in her old diamond earrings. He is an old friend of Tom's and a fellow attorney. He also appears to have a penchant for drama, which Erika may not like. When Erika was photographed in Vegas with James Wilkes II, many assumed it was a "date." That might be a stretch given how long this individual has been working with the Giradis. Allegedly. Ronald revealed the information on Twitter.

Who is Jim Wilkes II?
The original photograph, obtained by The US Sun from the 'Blonde Hair Black Heart' Podcast with Blake Adam, shows Erika going around Caeser's Palace in Las Vegas, flaunting her sleek new frame. The Bravo actress is getting ready for her residency at the House of Blues at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, and she has already disclosed that she is dating again. She is seen in the photo with her male partner, who is dressed in big sunglasses, a black patterned blouse, bright red leggings, and matching shoes.
Ronald discovered her mysterious man on Twitter. Online sleuths have also shared photos of 72-year-old Jim, who has supposedly been Erika's financial sponsor in recent months. According to court filings, Jim was previously referenced in media stories as a "longtime associate" of Erika's ex, who reportedly contributed just under $500,000 to Erika throughout her divorce.
Erika follows Jim on Instagram, and many of his photos show him shirtless and playing golf, which have been liked by the reality TV star. According to his Instagram bio, he is a "US Army '69-72 Vietnam Vet songwriter, music publisher, lawyer, elder advocate, world champion boxing manager, political consultant, humanitarian."
Many of his Instagram postings include him alongside celebrities such as actor Barack Obama and filmmaker Clint Eastwood. In June 2017, he posted a photo of Erika and her ex with the remark, "We miss our Tom and Erika. Melania and I are ready for a retro trip to the Med." Erika said, "We miss you, too."
Melania was described as his wife in a 2019 Tampa Bay Times report when he was selling their $11 million property. However, court records acquired exclusively by The Sun indicate that he has now wedded a lady named Trista Tauchas, with the couple already divorcing.
Legal troubles for Erika's lawyer beau
Jim, like Erika's ex, appears to be no stranger to being in hot water, having just been detained throughout his difficult split. The lawyer, who allegedly rose to national prominence by suing nursing facilities, is facing criminal charges after allegedly firing two bullets inside his house during a marital quarrel only last month.
According to the Tampa Bay Times, he was detained on accusations of aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon, a felony, and misdemeanor violence. According to the report, Jim informed officers that the lady smacked him in the head, probably with her hand, and that he grabbed a .45-caliber revolver out of fear that she might pick it up. According to the complaint, he informed officers he shot one bullet into the bed and another into a bathroom wall to terrify the woman and terminate their disagreement.
Despite Jim's claim that he did not aim the rifle at the lady, she told investigators that she struck Jim and that after he fired two bullets, he held the gun to her head and body and threatened to murder her.
Authorities noted at the time that the lady engaged in the April 10 incident, whose identity and relationship to Jim were withheld from the first report, might also face charges. According to reports, police secured a risk protection order to confiscate multiple firearms and ammo from the lawyer's home. "He was attacked, and he was defending himself," Jim's attorney, Ronald Kurpiers II, told the site. "That’s the extent of it."
The case is still being heard in court, and a preliminary hearing is expected soon because he has not formally entered a plea.
