LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Australian Country singer Jordan Grace failed to impress any of the judges in 'The Voice' Season 24's Blind Audition round. Jordan sang his rendition of Passenger's 'Let Her Go'.
The singer was clearly disappointed when no one offered to turn the chair for him. Nevertheless, the performer put on a brave face and said, "I'm from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia."
Even though the 31-year-old failed to impress the coaches on the singing competition show, he seems to be a sensation on social media with 19.2K Instagram followers.
Jordon calls himself a "singer, songwriter, and a topliner." And, surprisingly, Jordan has previously worked with some big names, including Martin Garrix and Dutch DJ Armin van Buuren.
Jordan uploaded a video on Instagram where the singer is seen sharing the stage with Martin Garrix during a performance. The country singer even highlighted this part on his social media to help him get DM for inquiries.
'The Voice' Season 24 singer Jordan Grace is a husband and a father
In 'The Voice' Season 24, Jordan attributed his country singing skills to his father, describing him as a trailblazer in the 1980s and likening him to the "Johnny Cash of Australia."
At the age of 18, Jordan relocated to Nashville, where he now resides with his wife, Paige, and their child.
Jordan frequently shares photos and videos of his 3-year-old son, Jameson, on social media. On Mother's Day, he expressed his gratitude to Paige, praising her as an exceptional mother to James.
He wrote, "Happy Mothers Day to the mums out there!!! Paige, you’re such an incredible mum to James… I can’t thank you enough for all you do for us."
Reba McEntire consoles Jordan Grace as the judges reject 'The Voice' Season 24 singer
Reba connected with Jordan as they are both from Tennessee. After none of the judges turned their chairs for the Australian country singer, Reba said, "Please don't take this as an "I'm never gonna go forward," cause we've had our fill of no's and rejections in our career."
She then asked the singer to come back and see them again on The Voice's next season. Well, it seems that Jordan is already planning to come back.
A fan commented, "I really hope he does come back what a beautiful voice." To this, Jordan instantly replied, "Maybe I will haha."
Another fan wished, "Jordan, that song you picked was a perfect choice I wish we heard more hopefully you come back next year." Jordan replied to this, "Thank you for the kind words!"
