UNIVERSAL CITY, CALIFORNIA: Phoenix, Arizona native Lennon VanderDoes stunned 'The Voice' Season 24 judges as he left them drooling over his performance. But, it looks like NBC failed to capture the essence of the 27-year-old singer's performance.
Lennon is an indie folk singer and songwriter, who was accompanied by his wife and father for the audition round.
Despite Lennon's soulful performance, fans were left disappointed, blaming NBC network for "awful audio mixing."
A fan commented, "Need to turn down these crowd noises in editing. Smh." Another slammed the show, "Did they upload all these videos with the audio messed up because every single audition video from today have been having bad audio when they're singing."
A fan wondered, "Who edit the sound of this? So low the singer audio, and only my left ear is blessed." Another claimed, "The audio mixing when the Judges talk during the song is awful." Another noticed, "audio sounds off."
A fan slammed NBC, saying, "They need to edit the sound on their videos, horrible editing."

Lennon performed 'The Night We Met' by Lord Huron. Just after hearing the first sentence of his song, Niall Horan and Gwen Stefani chose to press the buzzer and turn around.
And, just a few seconds after John Legend also pressed the button. Well, Reba McEntire couldn't as she already had her team full.
After Lennon's performance, Niall claimed, "I couldn't have turned quicker if I tried, honestly."

After Niall claimed Lennon's voice was one of his favorites until now, the singer revealed that Niall has been his "hero."
Seeing Niall claim that he would give anything to have Lennon on his team, the singer said, "I can't believe this is my life right now."
Lennon further claimed that John Legend's song had been "the soundtrack" of his growing up. Listening to Lennon praise Niall and John, Gwen Stefani felt sidelined.
She said with her soft voice, "Hi Lennon, It's me, Gwen. I feel like I'm last." She seemed to have felt disheartened seeing Lennon love Niall and John. She then added, "But, I'm not gonna fight for you."
She then praised Lennon as she claimed that his voice did not match his personality, calling him "unique" and amazing.

Lennon claimed, "I love you all." He then confirmed "I do" before announcing that he picked Niall as his coach. This left the coach in awe, knowing that he bagged one of the best performers of the last Blind Audition round.
Niall said, "Lennon, oh my god. What a voice." He went on the stage and gave the singer's Team Niall named sweatshirt.
