HOUSTON, TEXAS: Netflix's 'Love is Blind' Season 5 has become the talk of the town for cutting Renee Poche and Carter Wall's love story. As the new episodes of the ongoing season dropped, fans quickly discovered that Renee and Carter were engaged in the show, but Netflix chose not to show it.
When asked about why did Netflix not feature their love story despite capturing it, Renee replied, "I did ask for clarification because I was so confused at first," in an interview with PopSugar.
The star was told that she and Carter would be shown on camera as a "friends from the pods." Renee called out the streaming platform saying, "It was very vague, and I still thought that possibly we were going to be engaged on the show and then kind of cut down from there."
Renee refused to stir any drama. She said, "I really don't know the real reason, but I can speculate. I have my own opinions on why and likely what happened." The star opted not to discuss her opinion.
Renee claimed that, like any other viewer, she was also shocked knowing her story was not going to be a "big focus." She said, "What I was told was, "We'll just, point blank, say that Carter was awful and we don't want you to have to relive that. That's just not going to be a big focus.""
The star claimed Netflix claimed "timing was an issue" that's why they decided to cut her and Carter's story.

Renee confessed that she was engaged in the pod. She claimed, "We fell in love with each other in the pods. We were very excited about everything, and things went really well in Mexico as well."
She claimed that both's relationship was "pleasant, happy, and funny." However, things changed for the former couple when they got back to Houston.
Renee claimed to have started noticing some "red flags." And, this, therefore, led her to say no at the altar.
