Now, let's face it. No award show would be complete with wild Satanist accusations – and this year, it was Doja Cat's turn. Doja's incredible performance included three lead singles from her upcoming album Scarlet: 'Attention,' 'Paint the Town Red,' and 'Demons'. Viewers soon rushed to social media to praise the star for raising the bar, with one writing: "Doja Cat is a PERFORMER. Her mic was on and the concept eats. A true artist." Another added: "MY GOD!!! This performance is the best my eyes have ever seen." Even Tiffany Haddish, Taylor Swift and Emily Ratajkowski showed their admiration in the audience, dancing along to Doja's set. "Doja Cat is a good artist, but b**** I’m scared of this performance lol. It’s a lot of devil talk," one wrote, while another asked MTV "Why is Doja Cat promoting devil satanic mess?" A third added: "Doja Cat what in the Demonic Devil performance was that on MTV music awards." One X/Twitter user wrote: "Did Doja Cat just sacrifice herself to the devil on live TV?" When it comes to A-list performances, Bill M, the Magister of the Church, previously told Indy100 that he "can't believe the holy-rollers keep taking the bait," describing them as "so passé". "I really have no idea where these Illuminati believers are getting their information on 'Satanism' and 'Satanic ritual' from," he says. "It's certainly not from any actual Satanic literature." The annual survey estimates the wealthiest people in the UK and this year it features the King, the Prime Minister, and a handful of pop stars, as well as many business people you probably haven't heard of. It found there are 171 billionaires in the UK — down from 177 in 2022 and that many people's fortunes have decreased. Sir Richard Branson’s fortune has shrunk by 42.6 per cent to £2.41 billion, for instance. But that is still a lot of money, so we won't cry him a river. Lord Lloyd-Webber With £504m, the Lloyd-Webber comes in at number 283. Sir Elton John The Rocketman crooner has £450. David and Victoria Beckham With £425m, the Beckham's have enough money to support their son through his various bizzare careers. Simon Cowell Cowell clearly has The X Factor. At number 337, he has £390m. Then there is the under 35 list. Ed Sheeran Sheeran comes in at seventh place with an estimated wealth of £300m. His sixth album Subtract was the UK's fastest selling in 2023. Adele Adele came in at ninth with £165m, thanks to selling more than 100 million albums. Harry Styles Styles is in joint 13th place with £150m. Dua Lipa Coming in at number 21 is Dua Lipa with an estimated £75m from music, modelling and podcasting. Popular Twitch streamer Kai Cenat has expressed his disappointment at fans who rioted during his New York giveaway. On 5 August, Kai held a huge giveaway at Union Square that saw gaming consoles given away. More than 6,000 people were said to have attended the event which soon turned sour. Footage showed teens damaging cars, throwing objects, fighting and blasting fire extinguishers. Kai was escorted away by security as crowds became increasingly chaotic. He was later charged with inciting a riot, with a court date of 19 August. The NYPD arrested 65 people, including 30 minors, on counts from disorderly conduct to assaulting a police officer. "Being from New York, it has been my dream to want to give back to the community that made me who I am," Kai told his subscribers. "But after Friday, I’ve come to realise the amount of power and influence that I have on people."
