HOUSTON, TEXAS: Popular streamer and OnlyFans model Kaitlyn ‘Amouranth’ Siragusa has recently announced an audacious $17 million project with the goal of surpassing billionaire Bill Gates in land ownership.

Amouranth's latest endeavor
Amouranth, known for her viral content and savvy investments, has expanded her portfolio, including the acquisition of three gas stations, collaboration with a plastic ball company, and even venturing into unique products like a beer made with her pap smear.
Now, she is entering the fruit business, making a significant investment in a 2,213-acre fruit orchard spread across four different sites in Florida.
The Twitch star explained that the move is strategic, citing the stability and expected increase in land value. Notably, she highlighted the historical trend of a 600% increase in the average cost of farmland from 1945 to 2015.
Additionally, Amouranth aims to leverage tax benefits through Schedule F Bonus Depreciation, allowing for immediate tax advantages by depreciating a substantial portion of the investment cost on eligible assets.
Amouranth boldly expressed her aspiration to surpass Bill Gates in terms of land ownership, stating, "Slowly but surely I’m set to overtake Bill Gates and his 275,000 ag acres."
While this goal might seem ambitious, Amouranth is no stranger to making unconventional and successful moves in her business ventures.
This major investment is just one part of Amouranth's larger strategy as she also revealed her collaboration with AI companies to fulfill unique fantasies for her OnlyFans audience in an exclusive interview.
As her ventures continue to diversify, Amouranth remains a prominent figure in both the streaming and entrepreneurial worlds.
Amouranth reveals Kick partnership doubled her income

In an interview with Dexerto, Amouranth shared insights into her agreement with Kick, a streaming platform aiming to rival Twitch.
Although the specific financial figures were not disclosed due to confidentiality, Amouranth clarified that her deal with Kick, which was signed around the same time as xQc's $100 million agreement, follows a similar concept.
Amouranth emphasized the profitability of the deal, stating, "It basically doubled my income across the board. It’s very lucrative for sure."
She further explained that the arrangement is non-exclusive, allowing her to stream on both Kick and Twitch simultaneously.
The streamer's collaboration with Kick, which sparked controversy upon its announcement in June 2023, has proven to be a substantial financial boost, showcasing the evolving landscape of streaming platforms and the competitive efforts to attract high-profile creators.
