TAMPA, FLORIDA: 'Welcome To Plathville' stars Moriah Jasper Plath and sister Lydia Plath make their own music, and Moriah has just released a new song called 'Circus.'
TLC fans left no favorable comments when the new track hit the streaming platforms at midnight.
She posted a version of her new song 'Circus' on Instagram this week.
She stated in her caption, "Circus comes out tonight at midnight. Credits and special thanks Produced by @cliffbrownphoto Recorded at @five5studios Photography by @tonyivoryart."
According to InTouch Weekly, Moriah previously mentioned 'Circus' in her stories.
The TLC performer was quoted as saying, "I cannot believe I’m here saying this right now, but my song ‘Circus’ comes out this Friday. I’m a little bit scared, a little bit nervous. Every time I’ve shared a song it’s been a little scary, but especially with this one, because every line in this song has a deep meaning behind it."
Finally, one December dropped a preview of the music video on her Instagram page with the caption, "Circus is finally out!!!! link in my bio! @plathisaac and I attempted to make a short music video… he did great! Thank you Isaac! at least we had fun! Circus produced by @cliffbrownphoto @five5studios."
Even though a big moment for Moriah, fans in the comment section didn't let it be one. With most criticizing the song, people wrote, "man so out of tune."
Another user chimed in, "Too pitchy."
Others noted, "Her voice is VERY off key. Unfortunately I don't see her going anywhere." A fourth user commented, "Awful lyrics."
One user also wrote, "Wow it sounds so bad." "The autotune is coming in HEAVY," quipped others.
Users also mentioned, "This is all gotta be a joke… right? Right? always the victim… I’d hire a new PR manager girl…. Cause this is tewwwwwmuch."
Others asked, "Is it just me or does this sound like someone singing from the bottom of the well?"
Did Olivia Plath steal Moriah Plath’s music and proceeds?
Moriah accused Olivia Plath of stealing her song and benefiting from it, while Olivia said she was assisting Moriah and earned no money from the music.
Moriah is learning to do things on her own while she pursues a career in music.
The 'Welcome to Plathville' star said she couldn't access her music because Olivia wouldn't allow her access to the accounts where it was available.
Legal action was threatened, and the situation appears to have been resolved.
Olivia's version of events, on the other hand, differed. She said that Moriah did approach her and threaten legal action, but she was not taking her songs or income.
Olivia's credit card was linked to the accounts, so she handled everything on her end. What happens next is unknown, but Moriah now has access to her song and will get the revenues.
Moriah Plath released 'Heartbreak' after split from Max Kallschmidt
Moriah stated during the season 4 opener that her lover, Max Kallschmidt, had shattered her heart by confessing he had been unfaithful to her.
While 'Welcome to Plathville' viewers were not given all the specifics, Moriah did release a song called 'Missed Myself' to commemorate her split, which had nasal lyrics and terrible rhymes.
While some viewers thought she was unique in her expression, others said she was out of sync and should find another job.
If Moriah's singing wasn't poor enough, Max started making fun of Moriah's second hit, 'Weakness'.
'Welcome to Plathville' watchers took note when Max uploaded a snapshot of his ex-girlfriend's next song on social media.
Viewers expected the Florida native to be encouraging, but instead, he posted a video of himself allegedly criticizing Moriah's abilities.
Unfortunately for the reality TV actress, the song fell flat with many people, who thought it was cringe-worthy and that Moriah should have hired a better co-writer.
What does 'Welcome to Plathville' star Moriah Plath do for a living?
Moriah's jobs include reality TV personality, bartender, singer, and influencer.
While her specific earnings are kept hidden, Moriah's entrepreneurial spirit has been critical to her financial success.
