We’ve heard a lot of s*** being talked about in the news recently – mostly about the long-haul flight which was forced to turn around after experiencing a "biohazard issue" from a passenger who "had diarrhoea all the way through." It sounds like a nightmare of epic proportions, and it’s reminded us of an incredibly disgusting - but nonetheless memorable - story about wrestling legend Andre the Giant which, despite ourselves, we couldn’t help but return to. It was previously revealed that Andre, who stood a staggering 7.35ft tall, once did the “world’s biggest poo” on a flight which left guests repulsed. The late wrestling star was taking a trip from Tokyo to the US on a Boeing 747 when the alleged incident happened. The Frenchman headed to his seat after rushing through the airport, meaning he urgently needed the toilet after the flight took off. Safe to say, the results were appalling for all on board. Fellow wrestler Brutus Beefcake spoke about the flight and told Wrestling Shoot Interviews: “I’ve never heard anything like it. The sounds that are coming out of there. “The smell that started coming forward, the back of the plane had a lot of people. There were people falling out of their seats and into the aisles. “Gagging, puking, crying, screaming, and we were all falling on the floor laughing ourselves sick. I couldn’t breathe. He must have half filled-up a garbage bag full of s***.” How could it be so bad? Well, according to Brutus, Andre used to “eat 20 pounds of food per city, and so would s*** 20 pounds”. Andre the Giant, real name André René Roussimoff, was one of the most celebrated wrestlers of all time. Known as the “eighth wonder of the world”, he died at the age of 46 in 1993. It comes after a Delta flight on 2 September between Atlanta and Barcelona headed back around an hour into the journey. In a post reshared to X/Twitter, LiveATC.com captured audio of the pilot explaining the situation. "This is a biohazard issue," the pilot said. "We’ve had a passenger who’s had diarrhoea all the way through the aeroplane, so they want us to come back to Atlanta." The National Television Awards returned on Tuesday (5 September) for a night filled with the best of British TV. Attention soon turned to This Morning, which was dethroned after winning daytime, live magazine or topical magazine categories every year since 2011. The audience erupted into boos when the show was announced as hosts Holly Willoughby and Alison Hammond smiled on. It didn't take long for X/Twitter users to chime in with their (brutal) takes, with one writing: "It was amazing that the public showed This Morning how they felt and didn’t vote for them to win the best daytime show at the NTA’s this morning has run its course and should be scrapped." Another wrote: "Highlight of the Year - This Morning getting zilch." A third was delighted to not have to "endure Holly and Phil pretending to be drunk": Another wrote: "They lost to a programme named the Repair Shop. It’s so ironic it's hilarious." Willoughby later took to Instagram with a photo of herself with the show's host Jay Blades to congratulate his win. "To this gorgeous man @jaybladesmbe and the whole team at the @therepairshoptv … Hugest Congratulations!!! And what a night for the incredible Sarah Lancashire… @joeldommett thank you for a great night… See you in the morning," she wrote. On Wednesday's episode of This Morning, Willoughby sent her congratulations to the winners. She said: "A huge congratulations to The Repair Shop, well done you. Jay Blades, just like a special squeeze and lots of love to him. "He ran over to us, gave us all a big cuddle which I just thought was just class and gorgeous. I actually didn’t want to let go. A truly significant moment in pop culture happened this week, when EastEnders treated us to an unexpected Charli XCX reference. Monday’s episode (4 September) of the soap saw Lily Slater (Lillia Turner) give birth to her first child with Ricky Mitchell (Frankie Day). Fans were treated to a sweet moment as the family met the baby for the first time – but the name of the couple’s daughter took everyone by surprise. When in hospital, Ricky spoke to Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) and revealed they had named their baby Charli. Stacey handed the baby to Ricky, before asking again what the baby’s name was. “Her name’s Charli,” Ricky says, with Stacey responding: “Oh, after Uncle Charlie?” Ricky then clarifies: “No, after Charli XCX.” The moment quickly went viral and now the singer herself after it took over social media. Charli, who has a large following in the LGBT+ community, wrote on Twitter: “Shout out my gays in the writers room!” One fan replied to the comment by writing: “This is the most British crossover ever.” “this is so so iconic!!!!!!” another said. Timothee Chalamet and Kylie Jenner's rumoured romance has social media in a chokehold after the pair were spotted kissing at a Beyonce concert in California. But now, attention has been turned to the actor puffing on a cigarette while in attendance. The viral clip of the pair at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California on Monday night (4 September) soon spread online, with many commenting on Chalamet's concert etiquette. "Imagine spending a bunch of money and being sooo excited to see Beyoncé on tour only to have Timothee Chalamet in the comfort of his little booth flicking cigarette ashes on your head," one person penned on X/Twitter. Another jokingly reiterated: "Imagine the cigarette ash of Timothee Chalamet fell on your head at Beyonce's concert?!?" Another found it offensive towards the 'Summer Renaissance' singer, writing: "Smoking cigarettes at a Beyonce concert i see we’ve left etiquette at the door…" "Timothee Chalamet smoking a cig at Beyonce’s birthday show for her to inhale does not sit right with me," another X/Twitter user wrote. Meanwhile, one person humoured: "Timothee Chalamet is legally required to smoke one cigarette at minimum per day to maintain french citizenship stop being mean to him :(". Speculations that Chalamet and Jenner were dating were rife back in April when Jenner was spotted at the actor's house. Around the same time, the pair went out for food, according to TMZ. Then, a source told Us Weekly: "Kylie has only hung out with Timothee a couple of times, so things aren’t that serious. However, she’s enjoying getting to know him better and is open to seeing where things go." Elsewhere, a source told Entertainment Weekly that the two are now dating and that they are "keeping things casual at this point." A Lizzo "signature meal" at McDonald’s has been shared on social media – only, it’s completely fake, and circulated in an attempt to body shame the singer. The fake post features a picture of McDonald’s burgers, fries and nuggets, claiming to be a news report. The post states that the “New McDonald’s ‘Lizzo Meal’ is coming out”, before adding that the offer “Consists of 10 burgers, 95 nuggets & 6 Diet Cokes”. Claiming that all of the food in the post is Lizzo’s “daily meal”, which is a clear attempt to body shame the 35-year-old. The fake post comes in the aftermath of the allegations made against Lizzo this year. It was reported earlier this summer that Lizzo was being sued by former members of her dance troupe for sexual harassment and weight-shaming. The singer responded to the 44-page lawsuit on social media, telling fans that “there is nothing I take more seriously than the respect we deserve as women in the world”. She described the allegations as being “as unbelievable as they sound and too outrageous not to be addressed”. Meanwhile, in an interview recorded days before lawsuit allegations were made public, Lizzo hinted that something was making her 'sad', prompting speculation she knew the storm was coming. A pre-recorded 60 Minutes interview has been released, in which producers were totally unaware of what was to come. "Even today, I was having a rough day. I was sad and stuff earlier today", she told host Tom Steinfort. "And I still feel like for some reason, even if I'm having a bad day or I'm going through something, people still get good from it.
