LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: ‘Good Morning America’ star Michael Strahan has led quite an eventful life outside his work. The former NFL player has been married twice, with his first marriage with Wanda Hutchins taking place when he was in his early 20s. Since then, Strahan has endured a string of failed marriages and diverse relationships and fathered four children, with his eldest one coming from Wanda in 1992.
Named Tanita by Michael and Wanda, the eldest child of the ‘GMA’ host is now all grown up and taking small and steady steps in the world of art and illustration. Tanita Strahan, Michael’s daughter from first marriage is now living life in Los Angeles as a visual artist, away from the big shadow of her father. Who is Tanita Strahan?
Tanita Strahan is the eldest child of ‘GMA’ host Michael Strahan and his ex-wife Wanda Hutchins. Michael and Wanda’s marriage lasted a mere four years with the two separating in 1996 when Tanita was only four years old. According to People, Tanita resided in Houston, Texas until her parents' divorce. However, it was also reported by the publication that Tanita and her brother, Michael Strahan Jr, the second child of Michael and Wanda moved to Germany to live with their mother after the duo’s divorce.
Tanita later returned to the US, specifically to Houston for high school before earning a degree in design and visual communication from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, California. After which, Tanita went to Texas to study art. She has two half-siblings from Strahan's marriage to Jean Muggli, which lasted from 1999 to 2006.

Tanita is currently working as a visual artist and has set a base in Los Angeles. Tanita also has an online gallery where she showcases her work and has experimented with acrylic, watercolor, gouache, ink, graphic design, and photography.
